FPD Business Management Office Mission Statement:

The FPD Business Management Office plans and directs development, implementation, and administration of resources management for the Flight Programs & Projects Directorate (FPD). This office is responsible for implementing program and institutional operating plans; manpower utilization; logistics; determining planning and housing requirements; implementing information technology (IT) standards; travel requirements; health and safety issues; small and minority business profiles; facilitating the Project Management Developement Enterprise Program (PMDE); and a variety of other functions which ensure operational effectiveness. This office provides expert advice and analysis to the Director, his immediate staff, and other project organization managers.
