Diverse Teams at Work — Capitalizing on the Power of Diversity

This video, based on the business book by Lee Gardenwartz and Anita Rowe, fosters greater understanding and respect between people of different backgrounds who serve on today’s organizational work teams. Every person on a team has a unique, four layer, "diversity filter." How people behave or react others on a team is a function of many complex factors, including: an individual’s personality, age, race, gender, sexual orientation, work experience, educational background, organizational seniority, functional level and classification. Diversity is not new…but acknowledging and capitalizing on it can leverage the richness of every work team’s diversity to achieve organizational objective.

A Tale of O

group of people in which some are "the many", called the X's, and some "are the few", the O's.
