Based on the book by: Lee Gardenswartz and Anita Rowe (25 min.) (1995)
This video, based on the business book by Lee Gardenwartz and Anita Rowe,
fosters greater understanding and respect between people of different backgrounds
who serve on today’s organizational work teams. Every person on a team
has a unique, four layer, "diversity filter." How people behave
or react others on a team is a function of many complex factors, including:
an individual’s personality, age, race, gender, sexual orientation,
work experience, educational background, organizational seniority, functional
level and classification. Diversity is not new…but acknowledging and
capitalizing on it can leverage the richness of every work team’s diversity
to achieve organizational objective.
